1. Digital-Only Services
DigiVault ("digivault.services"), operated by DigiVault Technologies, offers exclusively digital goods, software licenses, premium account activations, and social media growth services.
Important: We do not ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, packaging costs, or postal delivery delays associated with any transactions on our website.
2. Delivery Mechanisms & Timeframes
All purchases are delivered electronically through the DigiVault User Portal:
- Premium Account Logins & License Keys: Credentials, serial keys, or subscription invite links are generated automatically by our backend and displayed in your "My Orders" or Portal Dashboard immediately after payment verification. (Typically takes less than 2 minutes).
- Social Media Growth Services (Followers, Likes, Comments, Views):Order execution begins automatically within 5 minutes to 4 hours of transaction approval. Completion time varies depending on the scale of the service requested:
- Small Packages (e.g., 500 followers): Delivered within 12 - 24 hours.
- Medium/Large Packages (e.g., 5,000+ followers): Delivered gradually over 2 to 5 days to simulate natural organic growth and protect your account safety.
3. How to Access Your Delivery
To retrieve your premium licenses or monitor the progress of your social media growth campaigns:
- Navigate to the login page and sign in with your registered credentials.
- Go to the "Portal" section from the top navigation menu.
- Click on "My Orders" to view details, active keys, or real-time metrics trackers for your purchases.
4. Delivery Failures & Inquiries
If you do not see your account activation key or if your social growth campaign has not commenced within 24 hours of payment:
- First, verify that your payment was successful and that your wallet balance has been updated.
- Contact our support team immediately by raising a ticket in the portal support desk or emailing us at support@digivault.services.
- Please quote your Transaction ID or Order ID in all communications to expedite assistance.
