Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures for orders placed and wallet deposits made on "digivault.services", which is operated by DigiVault Technologies.
Since DigiVault provides intangible, digital-only goods and services (premium account activations and social media growth metrics), we maintain specific policies regarding order cancellations and refunds.
2. Order Cancellation
Because order processing and delivery synchronization start almost instantly upon placing an order from your portal:
- Active Orders: Once an order status is marked as "Processing" or "Completed", it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Pending Orders: If an order is still marked as "Pending" and has not been picked up by our automated delivery systems, you can request a cancellation by contacting our Support Desk. If approved, the full purchase value will be refunded immediately to your DigiVault wallet balance.
3. Refund Policy
We stand behind our services and offer guarantees for delivery:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate or complete delivery of your purchased service within 72 hours from the order placement, we will issue a 100% refund of that order value to your wallet balance.
- Service Drop: For social growth services, we offer high-retention users. If you experience a decrease in metrics (e.g. followers dropping) within the first 30 days, we provide a free refill. If we cannot refill it, we will issue a partial refund relative to the dropped quantity.
- Premium Account Failure: If a digital license key or account credential fails to work, you must report it within 24 hours of generation. If we cannot replace or fix the credential, we will issue a full refund to your wallet balance.
4. Wallet Deposits & Refunds
Depositing funds into your DigiVault wallet represents a commitment to purchase digital services on our platform:
- Unused Balances: If you have deposited funds via our gateway but have not used them to place any orders, you can request a refund of your remaining wallet balance back to your original payment source.
- Timeframe: Wallet refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment transaction.
- Processing & Fees: Approved wallet refunds will be processed back to the original bank account or card. Please note that standard payment gateway processing takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a cancellation or refund request, please follow one of these steps:
- Login to your portal dashboard, navigate to the Support section, and open a new ticket specifying your Order ID.
- Send an email to support@digivault.services from your registered email address, detailing the issue and including transaction details.
